Seth & Associates was founded in 1975 on the principles of providing immaculate and precise consultancy to our clients in the fields of taxation, risk advisory and audit. Under the able leadership of CA. Ashok Seth, the firm has grown manifold and earned an enduring reputation for advice that helps clients achieve their financial goals.
For close to five decades, our multi-faceted approach to every problem has helped clients take well-informed decisions and build lasting financial success. What began as a single-office practice has matured into a full-service firm serving clients across New Delhi and Lucknow, while holding on to the personal attention and integrity on which it was built.
Ashok is the founder and the senior-most partner of the firm, considered a stalwart by many professional colleagues and corporate clients in the fields of Audit and Direct taxation. Has been a meritorious student throughout his life and achieved 35th rank in CA in 1975. He regularly contests large taxation cases before various benches of ITAT across India. His 51 years of experience across various fields have enabled his clients to achieve great financial success and place unlimited faith in him.
Member of various Committees of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in different years. Member of the 1st Managing Committee of the Lucknow Branch of ICAI and has been Chairman of the Lucknow Branch of ICAI for 3 years.
