Ajai has been with the firm for more than 30 years now. His area of expertise is Infrastructure space. He has worked on power projects, water projects, road and transport projects, oil and gas, mining, privatization, EPC contracts, engineering contracts, and other infrastructure-related work. His strength both in the legal and tax areas offers a unique combination of expertise required from the stage of structuring the project, including setting up of special purpose vehicles for the project, drafting, vetting and negotiation of contracts as well as assisting the clients in dispute resolution on various issues including non-delayed payments and tax reimbursements under the ‘net of tax’’ provisions.

Ravi is an experienced auditor with a wide range of skills and nearly 19 years of experience in working with Nationalised and Co-op Banks, Public/Private Companies/PSUs. His expertise includes internal/statutory audit, process audit, business process review, and restructuring, data analysis and he has developed various equations automated scripts/routines to achieve audit objectives, technology-enabled assurance programs to test and monitor controls, etc. He caters to clients in industries like Banking, Pharma, R&D, Geo-Survey, Paper, Oil & Lubricants, Computers, etc.

Dhruv has been in practice as a chartered accountant for the last 16 years with distinguished credentials. He also has vast exposure to various taxation laws (both direct as well as indirect) and best audit practices.
